We accept order cancellation for both pre-sale and regular orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please contact us at support@beylasita.com to send a cancellation request.

Delivery Address

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA (The states of Hawaii and Alaska are excluded due to the inability of our shipping couriers).

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
